The services are provided "as is," and we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from using our platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your login credentials. Tutors must provide accurate information in their profiles, maintain professional conduct, show up on time for scheduled sessions, and ensure a quality learning experience for students. Additionally, you agree not to engage in any behavior that may harm or disrupt the platform or other users.
All financial transactions, including payments for tutoring services, must be conducted through approved channels within the platform. Oberic Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any issues arising from third-party payment services or methods used outside our platform. Payments are processed securely, and users are responsible for ensuring that all billing information is accurate and up to date.
Refunds and cancellations are not allowed for monthly package subscriptions. Once payment has been processed for a monthly subscription, it is non-refundable and non-cancellable. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all users and to maintain the sustainability of the platform. We encourage users to carefully review the details of the service before committing to a subscription.
If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing the services, please reach out to our support team at support@oberic.com. In such cases, we will investigate and, if necessary, offer solutions that may include extending the service period, but refunds will not be issued.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable any account that is found violating our terms, including but not limited to harassment, fraud, inappropriate content, or repeated complaints. Users who are suspended will be notified via email, and they may appeal the decision by contacting our support team. In cases of severe violations, accounts may be permanently disabled without a prior warning.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any part of the platform, services, or content is strictly prohibited. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any of the platform’s content without written permission from us.
Oberic Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the services, not exceeding the amount paid in the past six months.
